What are the Top Off-Roading Trails in Illinois?
If you’ve read our blog or had a look at our great inventory of Jeep Wranglers, then you can probably guess that we love selling vehicles that are off-road ready. We’ve already written about Cliff’s Insane Terrain, and how it’s a great stop for off-roaders. Two Rivers Jeep Club Trails
Location: Pittsfield, IL
The Two Rivers Jeep Club has a ton of great trails recommended by its membership, and they even rank them from a friendly 1 to a expert-level 5 in terms of difficulty. If you’re in the area, or if any of them catches your eye and you need to check it out, then have a look at their listings. If you’d like to do the club runs with them, then you can also sign up to join the club’s membership.
Little Egypt
Location: Marion, IL
Little Egypt is a great park, but sadly you won’t be able to take your Jeep on its trails and tracks. However, if you’re looking for a place to bring your dirt bike, atvs, or side by side, then you’ll probably really enjoy it! There’s about 900 acres of all types of terrain for you to explore and enjoy, as well as over 50 miles of open trails and dirt bike trails. There’s even a motocross and kids track right by the club office!
Badlands
Location: Attica, IN
Hey, we get it… it’s not technically located in Illinois. Still, the Badlands is an icon, and the trip is well worth it. The badlands is great for off-roading in a Jeep, truck, SUV, ATV or motorcycle. The park has it all! You can even rent an ATV or motorcycle if you don’t own something fun to drive. Best of all? You can earn a hard Jeep badge to throw on your Jeep in honor of your accomplishments for running the trails!
