2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Just purchased a vehicle from Ultimate Rides. Very nice dealership and John Prendergast made it the easiest purchase I have ever made. If you are looking for a lifted truck (even though I was trading one in and not buying one) this is the place to go. They take a LOT of pride in their vehicles. Thanks again John for helping me get into my new ride.

Craftsmanship and customer service are outstanding. Brought my truck in to get some work done and the entire team here was outstanding. Would like to specifically call out Robert in the shop as his transparency and demeanor made the entire experience outstanding. The work itself was perfect, executed as expected, and my truck turned out great. Would highly recommend this place to anyone in the Chicagoland area to get work done on their vehicle.

Truly awesome experience! I test drove several trucks and then picked one. John was a great to work with. He helped me swap tire sizes and even installed a new set of retractable steps. After it was all set up, he shipped the truck and exceeded my expectations. Recommend working with this business for your next ultimate truck purchase.

This family own business is very professional and helpful. They make you feel like you’re apart of their family. I don’t think I’ll ever deal with another dealership besides them and I’m all the way in Washington DC. Many thanks Ultimate Rides.

Pleasantly, one of the most straightforward dealerships, we have ever visited. A refreshing change to what we expected as your typical car buying experience. It is apparent Customer satisfaction is their goal, and they now have us as a returning customer. Highly recommend, especially if unique and (several) already quality, customized, vehicles is what you are looking for. They did not disappoint!
